This is a sauce I learned to make from my Dad. It was past down from his Dad. For years only friends and family where able to enjoy this sauce. Now I hope to let others enjoy what I’ve enjoyed since childhood.
Smell/Aroma
A little different. Standard tomato/vinegar smell enhanced by fine ingredient selection and chipotle for that extra element to kick it up a notch.
Before Cooking Flavor
Fantastic. The dark flavors of brown sugar, chipotle peppers, onion, and garlic had a party in my mouth. This is one of those sauces that turns into the household standby. Having a sandwich - get out the BBQ sauce. Having a burger - get out the sauce. Having some ice cream - well, just kidding.
Consistency
This has a very natural thickness - a little thinner than the HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) varieties which dominate the BBQ sauce aisle - but it’s a positive! You can tell nothing unnatural went into this. I love the chunkiness of the fresh onions which you can see streaming out of the bottle when your pour it on anything.
After Cooking Flavor
Retains the great flavors, smokiness, and chipotle power.

Tomato Concentrate made from vine ripened tomatoes, Chipotle Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Onions, Garlic Power, Brown Sugar, Onion Powder, Liquid Smoke, Natural Flavor, Salt & Spices.
Marketing and Packaging
Great label, makes me feel like I’m a cowboy going to dinner at Pa’s house. Only negative comment is that the website could use some work.
