BBQ Sauce Reviews welcomes Jay Prince, The Prince of Q!

It is with great pleasure that I’d like to announce the addition of a new team member to BBQ Sauce Reviews!!

Jay Prince is going to be the new BBQ Tech and Tools reviewer. This includes anything ranging from apps and gadgets to books and grills, thermometers, and much more. He’s also going to visit some BBQ competitions (including a big one coming up this month) and connect with the crowds.

A few tidbits to know about Jay Prince:

He goes by Prince of Q on Twitter. Please follow him right now!
Lives in Upstate SC.
Favorite meat to smoke is a pork butt.
Favorite smoker is a Weber WSM.
Proud brother of a fallen soldier Cpl. Kevin W. Prince
He makes friends quick – he’ll be going somewhere special soon with Big Wayner! Stay tuned for more on that!!
