Bubble’s Q BBQ Sauce (4/5)
Funny enough, the first ingredient on the bottle is someone else’s BBQ sauce but Buffalo-based Marion “Bubble” Simmons has added enough flavor and flair to make it into a marketable success.
Taste
Reminiscent of a sauce they might serve in a Clint Eastwood movie. I’d rename it to Ole West sauce. Or maybe The Good, the Bad, the Ugly BBQ Sauce. 
It has a strong western / hickory flavor – a lot of it due to the liquid smoke, so if you like smoky sauces, you’ll want to sign up. salty, smoky, and sweet with a slight peppery heat. Hey – that rhymed.
Texture
Good stick to meat like a tasty treat (OK I’ll stop). It’s real thick and chunky but not too thick. Not the most natural sauce blend, but it worked well on my meal.
Ingredients
Prepared BBQ Sauce (tomatoes, corn syrup, vinegar, salt, starch, vegetable protein, onion, garlic, pepper, spices), sugar, white vinegar, seasoned salt(salt, paprika,turmeric dextrose, mono sodium glutamate, corn starch, onion, garlic, tcp, yellow lake #5 and red lake #40), BBQ spice (salt, chili powder, red pepper, celery, mono sodium glutamate, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, calcium stearate, liquid smoke, black pepper.
- I have to comment on using other people’s sauce (that’s weak) and the use of MSG, TCP(?), HFCS, artificial colors, and preservatives… pretty low quality ingredients at first glance.

Since we met at Danny’s and you so generously shared your sauce with us we have been hoooked!! This is THE best BBQ sauce on the market!! The whole family and friends are just blown away by this stuff! I find just dipping a nice crusty bread in it is outstanding..but with a rib on the grill is almost too good to eat! Pulled pork..or beef..wow wow wow!!
If you are into BBQ…you just have to try this one. I will quarantee you wont bother with any other after you taste this!!
