Sauce descriptions from Ron, Owner of Pigchaser:

  • Original: I have always wanted to create a sauce that I believed would combine all my memories of great sauce and great tasting bbq into one bottle.
  • Pineapple Mango: My sweet tasting BBQ sauce is made with the freshest pineapple and mango. There is absolutely no heat, just the lovely taste of island fruit.
  • Garlic: If you’re worried about garlic breath just share it with someone so you both stink of garlic.
  • Habanero: From the beginning, I wanted to create what I believed was a truly great hot bbq sauce that had more real pepper flavor instead of just heat.

    I would love to try the garlic sauce, and I’d probably put it on tempeh. I know that this is an unusual answer since most people will be saying that they would use it for ribs but I stick to my choice!

  20. Pineapple Mango would be my sauce of choice. I want to try it on some porkchops. I will be smoking some in the next week or so and think this would be an interesting twist!
